Nama’a Core · Operations intelligence

What is restaurant operations intelligence—and why is a dashboard not enough?

Operations intelligence is not about collecting more numbers. It connects what happened to a plausible cause and a testable next action. When sales, orders, downtime, deductions and campaigns sit in separate files, the decision remains incomplete even if every number is correct.

01

A reliable view starts with the source

Define the platform, branch and period, then separate sales, orders, bank transfers and costs. A settlement notice is not treated as proof of bank receipt, and missing data is not filled with assumptions. Better decisions start with knowing where every number came from.

02

Comparison matters more than a snapshot

A monthly total does not show whether performance is improving. Compare suitable periods, branches, platforms, peaks and downtime. Comparison does not automatically prove a cause, but it reveals where the investigation should begin.

03

From observation to follow-up

Turn a finding into a defined next move: review an item, address downtime, inspect a settlement or test a campaign. The following report can then show what changed instead of restarting the analysis every month.

Common questions

Clear answers before the decision.

Is operations intelligence software or a service?

It can combine both. Nama’a Core organizes data, reports and recommendations in the client portal, while the Nama’a team adds review, context and follow-up within the agreed service scope.

Does every platform require a direct integration?

That depends on available sources and permissions. Work can use approved platform files and reports, with missing evidence or limitations disclosed instead of inventing a value.
