Nama’a Core · Marketing plans

A restaurant marketing plan is not a fixed list of discounts.

Begin with what should change: orders in a specific period, support for suitable items, new-customer acquisition or stronger campaign results. Without a defined objective, a promotion becomes an isolated action that is difficult to evaluate.

01

Define the objective from the report

Read available sales, orders, average basket, downtime, ratings, item performance and campaign history. The objective should connect to a problem or opportunity that can be measured.

02

Choose the campaign and its conditions

Clarify platform, campaign type, audience, duration, budget and who funds a discount. The right recommendation may be better imagery, item availability or customer experience rather than another promotion.

03

Review, approve and measure

The client reviews the proposal before recording a decision. After implementation, track measures linked to the objective without treating attributed sales alone as proof of profit or incremental growth.

Common questions

Clear answers before the decision.

Does every sales decline need a campaign?

No. Downtime, ratings, availability or item imagery may be involved. Review the plausible cause first, then choose the most suitable action.

How does the client know what was approved?

The proposal details—platform, objective, duration, budget and available fields—are presented in the client account so the decision relates to a clear plan rather than a short message.
