Nama’a Core · Campaigns and profitability

A campaign that generates orders is not automatically successful if it compresses margin.

Measurement begins before launch: a clear objective, budget, duration, platform, funding responsibility and a metric to review. After execution, interpret the result within the available evidence.

01

Document campaign conditions

Name, type, platform, duration, budget, discount and funding responsibility are not minor details. They are the basis for interpreting the outcome.

02

Separate ROAS from profit

Return on ad spend compares attributed revenue with advertising cost, but it may not deduct item cost, commission, packaging or discount. Profitability needs broader context.

03

Choose a suitable comparison

Use an appropriate period, branch or item reference and disclose attribution limits. A simultaneous increase does not prove that the campaign caused it.

Common questions

Clear answers before the decision.

What is the difference between restaurant ROI and ROAS?

ROAS compares attributed revenue with ad spend. Broader ROI needs additional costs to understand the return or profit from the investment.

Is order volume enough to evaluate a campaign?

No. Basket value, discount, commission, cost and cancellations matter, and a suitable baseline may be needed to understand incremental change.
