Nama’a Core · Monthly reporting

A monthly report is more than numbers—its value is the decision that follows.

A useful report establishes platform, period and branch first, then begins with a summary and allows movement into detail. The purpose is to understand what happened, where the finding appeared and what deserves follow-up.

01

Start with identity and summary

Confirm platform, period and branch, then read sales, orders, average basket and primary indicators. Any comparison should use a suitable, disclosed reference period.

02

Open the item that needs explanation

Move into daily sales, cancellation detail, downtime, campaigns, deductions or transfers when needed. Detail should explain the total, not merely repeat it in another format.

03

End with a recommendation and later review

Important findings become recommendations or questions needing verification. The next report can review what was implemented, what changed and what still needs work.

Common questions

Clear answers before the decision.

Should every platform report be identical?

The structure should be clear and consistent, but fields differ according to each platform and its sources. A field should not be invented merely to make layouts match.

Does extra information harm the report?

Useful extra information can be retained, but it should not hide required items or compensate for a missing essential field.
