Nama’a Core · Financial audit

A platform sales figure is not always the net amount received by the restaurant.

Commission, funded discounts, fees, tax and earlier settlements can sit between sales and payout. A sound review reconstructs the path from the platform file to payout notice and bank evidence when available.

01

Separate deduction components

Classify commissions, promotions, fees, adjustments and tax using the source labels. Platform differences should remain visible rather than disappearing inside one total.

02

Match periods and references

Reconciliation needs a compatible period, payout or reference identifier, net amount and currency. A date mismatch or bundled period can explain an apparent difference.

03

Do not confuse notice with receipt

A payout notice indicates that the platform created a transfer, but it is not independent proof of bank receipt. Bank evidence remains a separate source when available.

Common questions

Clear answers before the decision.

Why does the platform net total differ from the bank statement?

The period may differ, several periods may be bundled, or an earlier settlement or bank fee may exist. Trace reference, amount and date before classifying the gap.

Does Nama’a certify bank accounts?

Nama’a organizes available evidence and shows matches or gaps. It does not replace the accountant or bank and does not claim receipt without supporting evidence.
