Evaluate behavior, not personality
Review observable points such as greeting, order accuracy, product knowledge, response time and follow-up. Avoid vague personal labels that do not help an employee understand the expected behavior.
Turn findings into coaching
When an observation repeats across a branch or shift, management can convert it into a short training action, checklist or manager follow-up. The employee should know what good service looks like and how to deliver it.
Fairness requires more than one visit
A high-impact employment decision should not rest on a single experience. Review the finding with context, HR policy and other performance records, then use a later visit to measure improvement.
